Allen Hutson serves as an associate in Crowe & Dunlevy's Oklahoma City office.

Allen focuses his practice on employment litigation, representing employers in state and federal courts on workplace-related issues. He also represents employers in a number of state and federal administrative agencies, such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Oklahoma Employment Security Commission.

A member of the Labor & Employment and Litigation & Trial Practice Groups, Allen advises clients on a wide range of employment matters, including:

  • Discrimination claims
  • Harassment claims
  • Protection of trade secrets
  • Retaliation claims
  • Wage and hour disputes
  • Whistleblower claims
  • Confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements
  • Covenants-not-to-compete

Allen earned his Juris Doctor degree with honors from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he was a member of the Energy Law Association and the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.
