Benjamin Schiller is an associate in the Tulsa office of Crowe & Dunlevy. His primary areas of practice are commercial litigation, energy and natural resources, and land use.
Benjamin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School where he served as a staff editor and associate editor of the Journal of Business Law and was named a Dean’s Scholar. During his time at the University of Pennsylvania, Benjamin also earned a Certificate of Study in Management from the Wharton School. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science with a minor in Judaic studies from the University of Oklahoma, where he graduated with special distinction.
Benjamin is active in many local organizations, including serving on the boards of Tulsa Authority for Recovery of Energy (TARE) and Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma. He is also a Court Assistance Project Docket volunteer, representing low-income tenants in landlord-tenant disputes with the goal of helping them avoid eviction or, if tenancy is undesired or untenable, helping them reach an otherwise satisfactory resolution. In addition, Benjamin is an active member of the Oklahoma Bar and Tulsa County Bar Associations.
