Jenna Rader Johnson is a director in Crowe & Dunlevy’s Oklahoma City office. She serves the firm’s clients as a member of the Intellectual Property, Real Estate, Nonprofit/Charitable Foundations, Wind & Renewable Energy and Litigation & Trial Practice Groups. Jenna previously served as general counsel for one of the largest and fastest growing religious organizations in the United States.
Jenna has many years’ experience assisting clients in all areas of intellectual property including trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, patents and advertising law. Her experience also includes a broad range of real estate matters, complex contract and licensing issues and business litigation matters. In addition, she advises nonprofit, charitable and religious organizations. Jenna was named one of Oklahoma Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars and recognized by Best Lawyers for copyright and trademark law.*
A University of Oklahoma College of Law alum, Jenna graduated with highest honors and is a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school, she received American Jurisprudence awards for property, real estate, torts, civil procedure and criminal procedure. Jenna also served on the board of editors of the University of Oklahoma Law Review. She holds a bachelor’s of science in biology and chemistry from Southern Nazarene University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
As a public speaker, Jenna often presents at national speaking engagements. She authors articles related to contracts, real estate, copyright and trademark matters and also taught intellectual property at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Prior to earning her Juris Doctor in 2001, Jenna taught chemistry, anatomy, physics and biology. She served as head of the Crescent High School science department and earned the prestigious honor of teacher of the year.
