Cori Loomis is a director in the business department and a member of the firm's Healthcare Transaction & Litigation practice group. Her primary focus is on the representation of health care providers with transactional, compliance, reimbursement, legislative and regulatory compliance issues.

Loomis graduated with special distinction from the University of Oklahoma in 1991 and with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 1994. She began her legal career as an associate at Crowe & Dunlevy in 1994. In 2001, Loomis became the Director of Compliance and Privacy Official for the University of Oklahoma, then served as general counsel for the Oklahoma State Medical Association from 2003 to 2006. She returned to private practice in 2006 and rejoined Crowe & Dunlevy in October of 2008.

Loomis is included in the 2014 edition of the Oklahoma Super Lawyers magazine for healthcare. She is also listed in The Best Lawyers in America by U.S. News Media Group and Best Lawyers for administrative/regulatory law and healthcare. She has been ranked by Chambers U.S.A. in corporate/commercial: healthcare since 2010. She also received a Leadership in Law award from The Journal Record in 2010 and was accepted to the Oklahoma Bar Association Leadership Academy in 2011. Loomis was selected by Governor Mary Fallin to the Oklahoma Board of Nursing, for a term started in November 2011.

Loomis is actively involved with charitable and civic activities in the community. She has served as a board member of Community Health Charities since 2007 and was a member of the Church of the Servant Administrative Council through 2013. She is a member of the United Way Women’s Leadership Society and was appointed to the board of Prevent Blindness in January 2011. She volunteers and participates in activities and fundraisers for Crossings Christian Schools and Oklahoma School of Science and Math where her sons attend.
